What is internal wall insulation?
It’s the process of insulating solid walls from the inside by applying insulated plasterboard or thermal liners, then finishing the walls as normal.
Is it free under ECO4?
Yes — if your home and circumstances qualify, 100% of the cost is covered by the government-backed ECO4 grant.
Will it affect my room space?
Only slightly. The insulation typically reduces wall depth by around 100mm or less — minimal impact for major gains.
Do you insulate every wall?
We assess the coldest, most heat-losing walls — typically exterior-facing — and recommend insulation room-by-room.
